Believe it or not, I’m incredibly shy.
But tonight, I plucked up the courage to ask one of the waiters at the Unicorn Bar if he knew anyone who could introduce me to a Muay Thai gym.
I had already asked a certain MG from Hong Kong about this—and I’ve been waiting ten years for his reply...
Why a Muay Thai gym?
Because I saw photos of Muay Thai training several years ago, and the faces, the focus, and the sheer struggle of the boxers during their workouts made me really want to try it myself.
I’m glad I asked: I now have a contact in the scene, and I hope I’ll FINALLY be able to take those photos.
