We all have our own way of approaching travel. Some, who rarely get the chance to leave, seek out the sun, the sea, or the mountains to rest and recharge.Others crave exoticism, discovery.

I am planning to extend my stay in Bangkok until August 4th.In that case, the street photography offer I mentioned a few days ago will also be extended.

Since I’m (still) in Bangkok right now, I thought it would be a good idea to create a "Bangkok Stories" album...

Believe it or not, I’m incredibly shy. But tonight, I plucked up the courage to ask one of the waiters at the Unicorn Bar if he knew anyone who could introduce me to a Muay Thai gym.

Just checking transmissions, from Bangkok :-) The view from my hotel windows gave me the idea to take this photo for my first post back in Thailand. I had a nice "first evening" in China Town area yesterday, guided by my friend Myriam, and I slept so well!

After having dinner this evening with the French-Vietnamese parents of one of my students, I realized that my new site was missing something the old one had: a way to select photos based on the country where they were taken.

Well, I finally managed to launch this site before my departure! Now I just need to get ready for a new adventure in Asia!

There it’s done: my new site went live this evening, replacing the old one!There are still a couple of details to iron out (for the moment, the contact form isn't working), and I have a lot of content left to put back online, but the essentials are there.

It’s become a race against time: I promised myself I’d get the new EGS Photography site up and running before heading back to Asia, and I still have to handle the task of filling it with content (I’m really struggling to decide which photos to publish and which ones to remove...).

Finally! My new site went live yesterday. For now, it’s only visible to me: I finished building it locally and transferred the files and database to my hosting server last night.

Tomorrow is my birthday! I thought it would be nice to launch this new site for the occasion, but things didn't go quite as planned.

The new EGS Photography Paris website is on its way! I admit, I'm behind schedule...
